Terms of Service

• "Afromekina": Refers to the company operating the Platform.
• "User" / "You": Any individual or entity accessing the Platform.
• "Services": Includes car buying, selling, renting, trading, inspection, insurance, financing, and related automotive services associated with Afromekina.

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By accessing or using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this agreement and to abide by all of the terms and conditions set forth herein.

• Account creation may be required to access specific features.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Afromekina reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that suspect fraudulent activity or violate these Terms.

• Users can list, sell, rent, and trade vehicles on the Platform.
• Afromekina acts as a marketplace and is not responsible for verifying every detail of vehicle ownership, condition, or authenticity, although we strive for quality.
• Users must provide accurate, current, and complete information in all listings.
• We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates our content policies or community standards.

• Certain services (e.g., premium listings, car inspections, promoted posts) may require payment.
• All payments are processed securely through trusted third-party providers.
• Afromekina is not liable for any payment disputes that arise directly between users off-platform.

Afromekina acts as a facilitator for automotive transactions. We do not own, inspect (unless explicitly stated via our Inspection Service), or guarantee the vehicles listed by third-party users. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Afromekina shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Platform.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms. We may also suspend or terminate your access immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Ethiopia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved exclusively in Ethiopian courts.
