Transport Tariffs Increased
Following the recent retail price adjustment on petroleum products, a transport tariff increase has been announced for Addis Ababa.
The Addis Ababa City Transport Bureau stated that the new tariffs will go into effect starting tomorrow, Monday, March 16, 2026 (Megabit 7, 2018 E.C.).
The price hike applies to city bus services, as well as minibuses and Bajaj transport services.
